Allan D. Bogutz – Retired
Allan, recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America, practiced law from 1971 until his retirement in 2011. He worked in estate and financial planning, and estate administration and management. He was certified as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and as a Licensed Fiduciary by the Arizona Supreme Court. He was a founder of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the national ABA Commission on Law and Aging. In 2007, he was honored to be elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel. Allan is married to Yvonne, and they have four adult children, Alissa, Aaron, Simon, and Michael, and six grandchildren, Brianna, Fynn, Finley, Aiden, Liam, and Solomon. He resides on Bainbridge Island in Washington.
