We Offer Fiduciary Services
Bogutz & Gordon, PC is one of a handful of law firms that can help with all aspects of managing the needs of the aging and disabled. The firm itself, and all of the shareholders, are certified with the Supreme Court of Arizona as licensed fiduciaries.
“Fiduciary” is a general term used to describe an individual or company that has the legal authority and responsibility to manage assets for the benefit of another person, or see to the personal care and health of another person. These roles include trustee, personal representative, conservator, and guardian; which are either appointed through estate planning documents or approved by the court.
Bogutz & Gordon, PC is organized to serve as a full-service fiduciary. The firm has actively served as trustee, conservator, and in other fiduciary roles for three decades, gaining the experience necessary to provide efficient and effective service. In the course of our fiduciary management, Bogutz & Gordon, PC is able to also provide legal services, such as personal estate planning, ALTCS and AHCCCS planning, tax return preparation, estate and gift tax planning, and advice on charitable gifting and distributions.
With more than $100 million under current management, our firm is large enough to have the staff and infrastructure to deal promptly and personally with clients’ and beneficiaries’ needs, and to offer stability and security. At the same time, we are small enough to make decisions directly and not be bogged down by committees and corporate compliance requirements imposed by out-of-state offices.
Regardless of whether we are serving as the main fiduciary, our on-call fiduciary paralegals are able to assist clients or their family members with personal visits, care assessment, consultations with care providers and medical professionals, or other similar issues that arise in both standard and emergency situations.
