Estate planning is particularly important if you have what is considered a non-traditional family situation.  “Non-traditional,” though, more and more, IS the norm.  Planning is absolutely crucial if:

• You have a significant other but are not married.
• You have been married more than once.
• Have children from a previous relationship.
• Have children by more than one partner.
• Have  beneficiaries who cannot manage funds for one reason or another.
